Usage: It is intended for the prevention and treatment of coccidiosis hosted
in chickens, ducks, quails, turkeys, geese and rabbits.
Proposals against drug-resistance:
Drug-resistance is caused by long-term administration of the same drug. The most efficient way to prevent drug-resistance or minimize such danger is to apply shuttle administration or alternate in combination with prophylactic program.
Shuttle Administration: It is defined as using one drug during the first half of the drug administration cycle and the other during the second half.
Alternate Administration: It is defined as administering two anti-coccidisis drugs in an alternate way, that is, to use one drug in the first half of the year and the other in the second half.
Conclusion: It can be concluded that the advantages of the two proposed drug administration ways are to decrease the incidence of drug-resistance and extend the market life of the drug.
Dosage & Indications for Use:
Homogenate 200g of Diclazuril 0.5% with 1000kg of Feed. Mix thoroughly with a small amount of Feed and then use the Equivalent method to mix at a gradient scale until homogeneity is achieved.
Storage: Protected from light and stored in a cool dry place.
